Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a GPhC registered Pharmacist Manager to lead a busy community pharmacy in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent. You will oversee the team, stock, operations and ensure GPhC standards while delivering patient-centred healthcare services.

Lead the Way in Community Healthcare - Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Location: Tunstall (ST6 5EA) - Inside Savers

Hours: 42.5 hours per week - alternate Saturdays

Salary: Up to £55,000 FTE - negotiable depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care
• Managing stock, operations, and GPhC (PSNI) standards
• Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
• Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local community
• Using your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs
• Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
• Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug's healthcare offering

We're Looking For:

• GPhC registered pharmacists
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
• Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
• Passionate healthcare professionals committed to delivering outstanding patient care
