Job summary

Superdrug Pharmacy Manager in Stroud is seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead a busy community pharmacy team. You will drive patient care, manage stock and operations, and ensure GPhC standards are met while delivering excellent service.

You will collaborate with regional healthcare managers, deliver and develop pharmacy services, and play a key role in expanding Superdrug's healthcare offering. GPhC registration, leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential, with

Summary

Lead the Way in Community Healthcare - Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Location: Stroud (GL5 1AS)

Hours: 42.5 hours per week - alternate Saturdays

Salary: Up to £63,000 FTE (based on 45 hours per week) - negotiable depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care
• Managing stock, operations and GPhC (PSNI) standards
• Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
• Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local community
• Using your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs
• Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
• Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug's healthcare offering

We're Looking For:

• GPhC registered pharmacists
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
• Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
