Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc is expanding its pharmacy leadership across the UK. We are looking for pharmacists with strong leadership and patient care values to deliver excellent healthcare services and manage a busy community pharmacy team.

You'll work within a supportive organization that values clinical development and expanding services while offering a competitive package and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist with leadership focus and commitment to patient care.
• Experience leading a pharmacy team and delivering healthcare services.
• Understanding NHS pharmacy funding and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver patient care
• Manage stock, operations and GPhC standards
• Drive commercial success while ensuring compliance
• Develop and deliver pharmacy and healthcare services for the local community
• Utilise clinical expertise to support a range of healthcare needs
• Receive support from Regional Healthcare Manager
