Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a 12-month MAT cover in the UK. The role leads a pharmacy team, ensuring patient care and compliance while driving service growth. Part-time options (4 days/week) are welcome.

Salary up to £60,000 FTE, negotiable by experience, with up to 25% annual bonus and extensive employee benefits. Registered pharmacists with leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist with leadership experience.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential.
• Newly qualified pharmacists encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding.

Lead the Way in Community Healthcare – Become a Superdrug Pharmacy Manager!

Mat Cover role (12 months FTC from December 2026)
