Job summary

Boots Group is seeking a Trainee Dispenser to join our store pharmacy team in the UK. You will support the pharmacist with dispensing and patient care while you complete your Dispenser training (NVQ2).

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and you will learn to supervise safe dispensing while building relationships with patients and supporting health and wellness decisions.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser training programme (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.
• Experience working in community pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete your training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Prescription dispensing whilst ensuring the safe supply of medicines (ordering, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, collection).
• Work with other healthcare professionals in the store to deliver pharmacy services.
