You will handle prescription enquiries, assist patients and healthcare professionals, and perform essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff and healthcare professionals.
• Process prescription requests accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange prescription collections and deliveries.
• Complete administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries and ordering consumables.
• Maintain records with confidentiality and information governance compliance.
• Support induction and training of apprentices and new team members.
