Job summary

The role involves processing prescriptions, providing patient guidance, handling OTC sales, ordering stock, and maintaining clean, well-presented retail areas. Training will be provided under the Responsible Pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Prescription & Patient Management: Process prescriptions efficiently while liaising with patients, representatives, and hospital staff.
• Point of Sale & Counselling: Handle cash and electronic transactions; provide patient counselling under supervision.
• Over-the-Counter (OTC) Sales: Guide customers on symptoms and products; complete Medicines Counter Assistant training.
• Stock & Retail Operations: Manage cash operations; order goods; monitor stock and shelf life.
• Merchandising: Keep retail space tidy, correctly priced, and professional.
