Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Receive and process prescription requests accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange prescription collections and deliveries.
• Complete administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Assist with stock management, including stock counts, deliveries, and ordering consumables.
• Communicate effectively with the pharmacy team to resolve queries and support service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with confidentiality and information governance requirements.
• Support the training of apprentices and new team members.
• Take responsibility for own learning and mandatory training.
• Comply with health and safety, infection control, safeguarding, and pharmacy policies.
• Undertake other duties as required to support the pharmacy service.
