Job summary

Well Pharmacy on Old Laira Rd in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference in the local community. The role supports NHS and private services, with a good relationship to the local GP surgery.

The successful candidate must have an MPharm degree (or equivalent) and GPhC registration on start date. Management experience is desirable but not essential. The company offers comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy on Old Laira Rd in Plymouth.

This community pharmacy has a good relationship with the GP surgery.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses up to 1,500 items a week,


• It provides a wide range of services including all NHS and private services.

This pharmacy is open 9:00AM until 6:00PM, MONDAY – FRIDAY (Closed between 1PM - 2PM for lunch).

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
