Bestway Healthcare is hiring a Pharmacist Manager for our Well Pharmacy in Penrith. You will lead the pharmacy team, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory standards with GPhC registration required on start date.

You will oversee daily operations, collaborate with GPs and partners, and drive NHS services while managing a 45-hour week with a competitive hourly rate and relocation support.

# Pharmacist Manager## Overview of the roleWe are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Penrith.This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding towns and villages and is located in a health centre with 2 GP surgeries, to which It has a good relationship with.**How our pharmacy makes a difference:*** It dispenses up to 8,500 items a month,* It provides all NHS services.* It provides services to 3 substance misuse patients. + It dispenses 14 community blisters per week.This pharmacy is open Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm.The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 1 technician (e.g. two pharmacy assistants and a trainee pharmacy assistant.### The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.*Well are proud to be a diverse and inclusive employer.
