A leading pharmacy chain is seeking a Pharmacist Manager in Bolton. You will oversee the daily operations, support the team, and ensure excellent patient care. Overview

Join to apply for the Pharmacist Manager role at TieTalent. Evolve is partnering with an independent pharmacy chain who are seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pharmacy supporting your colleagues and providing customers with excellent service.

This is a full-time position working 42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm) with no weekend work required.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

• A GPhC registered Pharmacist.
• Passionate about providing exceptional care to our customer and be able to make independent decisions.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Effective teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

• The day-to-day leadership and operational management of the pharmacy and the pharmacy team
• Display knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and procedures.
• Meet with patient to review their treatment and make recommendations.
• Follow GPhC and NHS guidelines at all times.
