Catalent Bathgate, UK is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate client projects from award to completion onsite. You will manage project plans, milestones, timelines and budgets, acting as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams.

You will lead meetings, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure high levels of service while supporting continuous improvement and accurate financial forecasting. A science background is preferred.

Competenze

• A working knowledge and experience of Project Management is essential.
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to meet client expectations.
• Ability to prioritize, lead multiple projects, and manage timelines.
• Science Degree and/or apprenticeship or equivalent work experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and manage Project Plans from end to end meeting milestones.
• Coordinate client and internal teams; lead meetings to drive completion.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and notifications for billing.
• Promote Catalent services and support sales activities.
