Job summary

Catalent Bathgate is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate client projects from award to completion on a 100% onsite basis in Bathgate, UK. You will manage timelines, milestones, deliverables and budgets while maintaining strong client relationships across multi-site teams.

The role requires solid project management experience in pharma/biotech or manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management essential; strong client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across sites.
• Science degree or apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biotech or manufacturing industries.
• Able to lead cross-site teams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage end-to-end Project Plans to meet milestones.
• Manage projects across single or multiple business lines/sites; serve as client contact.
• Lead meetings with client and internal teams to drive project completion on time and budget.
• Provide milestone notifications for billing to Finance; be main client communication focal point.
• Act as client advocate and promote Catalent at meetings and conferences; support sales to win new business.
• Support or lead Project Management teams across department/site/global projects.
