Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Bathgate, Scotland, seeks a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management function and deliver clinical supply and packaging projects from start to finish. • Must have a degree or equivalent with relevant practical experience.
• PM qualification preferred.
• Experience in customer service or business-related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical supply projects from award through completion, tracking timelines and on-time delivery.
• Support project management activities through client/internal meetings, audit participation, and documentation of actions and requirements.
• Manage client-supplied materials, labels, randomizations, inventory, and depot setup to support project execution.
• Maintain project data, forecasts, KPI reporting, and financial milestones within company systems (JDE, Fusion Suite, Workfront).
• Serve as liaison between clients, project teams, depots, and internal stakeholders to ensure communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee project returns, destruction processes, invoicing activities, and resolution of invoice queries.
• Assist with departmental training, SOP development and review, and compliance with company procedures.
• Promote environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, recycling, and resource conservation.
