Job summary

JLL in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, Ireland, seeks an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support Integrated Facilities Management at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

You will plan, coordinate, schedule, and report preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, utilities, and building services. The role ensures CMMS accuracy, supports regulatory compliance, and collaborates with on-site engineers, service providers, and client stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical/building services or facilities management.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS use.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise preventive maintenance schedules in the CMMS.
• Plan and coordinate mechanical, electrical, utilities, and building services maintenance.
• Schedule corrective maintenance with engineering and operations teams.
• Lead weekly JLL team meetings and maintain work order prioritisation.
• Generate work orders and monitor backlog to targets.
