Job summary

JLL is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the facilities management team on a bio-pharmaceutical account in Buckinghamshire. You will maintain HVAC, electrical distribution, and critical switch rooms across a multi-tenant campus to ensure uptime and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience with BAS, CMMS, and building automation, plus strong knowledge of GMP requirements and safety protocols. A relevant engineering degree and industry certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field and relevant trade certifications preferred.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of GMP requirements and cleanroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC and electrical distribution across a multi-tenant campus.
• Manage building automation systems (BAS) and process equipment guidance.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and calibration schedules are up to date.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and inspections.
