Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using a CMMS, ideally Ultimo, to plan and manage maintenance work.
• Strong stock control and procurement coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and prioritise daily maintenance schedules for internal teams and external contractors.
• Review and adjust maintenance plans to meet operational needs and priorities.
• Authorise, issue and manage maintenance work orders and allocate resources.
• Monitor workload capacity and minimise disruption to operations.
• Track progress and ensure completion within agreed timescales and targets.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
