Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning, with strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (required).
• Proven experience in developing high-quality short-, medium-, and long-form content across a range of learning formats.
• Builds trusted relationships and aligns solutions to customer needs and business outcomes.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and credibly, engaging both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Advanced PowerPoint and writing capability, with experience in consulting or training environments.
• Willingness to travel (~10%) to support customer engagements and key delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capability Needs Assessment: diagnose capability gaps and translate insights into learning strategies and recommendations.
• Design Learning Journeys & Roadmaps: define curriculum structure, modality mix, and sequencing to maximize impact.
• Align Strategy with Customer Objectives: ensure learning solutions meet project intent and performance outcomes.
• Oversee Content Development & Quality: direct multi-modal learning solutions and contribute to content creation.
• Drive Delivery & Facilitation Excellence: facilitate sessions and enable train-the-trainer delivery.
• Support Pitch & Proposal Activity: assist in shaping compelling customer-facing solutions.
• Identify Customer Needs & Opportunities: provide insights to inform solution direction.
• Collaborate Across Teams: coordinate with Solution Design, Delivery and senior stakeholders.
