Job summary

Viatris UK Healthcare is seeking a Customer Liaison Executive to serve as the operational contact for a group of customers, delivering excellent service via email and telephone. You will review large, complex orders, manage inquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supporting order status, coordinating with 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery, and safeguarding compliance with licences and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Proven success in managing customer accounts in a technical Customer Service role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be advantageous
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and SAP or another ERP
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of customers to achieve sales and profit targets
• Review and resolve order discrepancies with internal teams
• Monitor order status and update customers
• Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics to ensure on-time delivery
• Log complaints and provide solutions within time limits
• Handle large volumes of inbound emails/enquiries
• Provide accurate information to customers promptly
