Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, communications agency, or related industry environment.
• Experience supporting client-facing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail; experience with project tracking, reporting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of projects and programs with high-quality financial and project coordination.
• Develop budgets, invoicing, and tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare reports and participate in client project status discussions.
• Contribute to proposals, pricing, and contract support as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and maintain SOP-aligned processes.
