IQVIA LLC is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support day-to-day delivery of projects and programs. You will manage financials, budgets, invoicing, reporting, and client communications, helping ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and ongoing account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, communications agency, or related industry environment.
• Experience supporting client-facing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including experience with project tracking, reporting, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience within pharmaceutical communications, medical communications, healthcare marketing, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Growth: Contribute to the financial performance of allocated projects and drive profitable delivery through accurate financial management.
• Support accurate scoping of projects, budget development and change notices.
• Support invoicing and project close out.
• Develop reports to inform on financial health of projects.
• Maintain awareness of Account Growth Plans and upskill accordingly.
• Contribute to pricing initiatives to include IMC services in pricing tools.
• Manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for project delivery discussions.
• Prepare for and participate in client project status discussions and reporting.
• Support communications with clients around budgets and reconciliations.
• Assist with proposals and sales presentations; develop subject matter expertise.
