Job summary

IQVIA Medical Communications seeks an Associate Director, Client Services to drive growth and quality across key accounts. You will lead a team of Account Handlers, manage forecasting, and ensure profitability while strengthening client relationships.

Reporting to the Director, Client Services, you will design growth strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and promote seamless delivery of medical communications services to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Growth: Take responsibility for financial performance of accounts serviced by the team, including growth, revenue and profitability targets and forecasting accuracy.
• Growth: Design and implement Account Growth Plans to drive organic expansion and new business.
• Growth: Collaborate with Business Development to include IMC growth objectives in IQVIA account plans and engage in business development activities.
• Growth: Maintain overview of IMC work across accounts and identify opportunities to cross-sell and extend client relationships.
• Growth: Ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition and project close-out for allocated accounts.
• Growth: Support pricing initiatives, include IMC services in pricing tools and promote inclusion of services across IQVIA solutions.
