Job summary

IQVIA Medical Communications seeks an Associate Director, Client Services to drive growth, quality and client relationships across key accounts. This role reports to the Director, Client Services and leads a team of Account Handlers.

Responsibilities include forecasting, strategic pricing support, cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining strong client governance across studies and services within IQVIA’s Medical Communications portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Growth: responsible for financial performance of accounts serviced by the team, including growth, revenue and profitability targets and forecasting
• Client relationships: senior client/sponsor strategic partner across team accounts and procurement engagements
• Business development: lead proposals for accounts, oversee pitch/bid defense and cross-sell to extend client relationships
• Account management: map stakeholders, maintain governance, ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition and project closeout
• Quality: lead teams to deliver high quality strategies and programs with strong client feedback and continuous improvement
