Job summary

IQVIA Reading, UK is seeking a project coordinator within Account Management to support day-to-day delivery of projects and programs. You will provide high quality financial and project coordination, documentation and tracking to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, supporting reporting, budgeting, invoicing, and proposal preparation. You will work with cross-functional teams, learn the therapeutic landscape, and contribute to ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field.
1-3 years' experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or related industry preferred.
Experience supporting client-facing projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational, project coordination and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day delivery of projects and programs to meet timelines and budgets.
Contribute to financial management, budgeting and invoicing processes.
Prepare and share high-quality reports and project status updates.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders for project milestones.
Support development of scopes of work, change notices and proposals when needed.
Assist in client discussions, agendas and delivery communications.
Develop understanding of therapeutic areas relevant to client accounts.
