Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee the management, growth and quality delivery of key accounts by a dedicated Account Handlers team. Responsibilities include growth, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to expand client relationships.

The role reports to the Director, Client Services and focuses on strategic pricing, client partnerships, and driving organic expansion across IQVIA Medical Communications services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow portfolio revenue by achieving growth, revenue and profitability targets and accurate forecasting.
• Lead the Account Management team to deliver high-quality strategies and programs for selected accounts.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align IMC growth objectives with broader IQVIA plans and opportunities.
