Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection, an award-winning independent creative communications agency specialising in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our Windsor team.

You’ll join an established account handling group and receive comprehensive training to understand how pharmaceutical campaigns move from brief to market, supporting meetings and projects from day one.

Qualifications

• Science-based degree or background in healthcare/pharma.
• Commercial experience gained through a placement, internship, or first graduate role.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings from day one, supporting with minutes and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate projects between clients and internal creative teams.
• Maintain project timelines, Gantt charts and status reports.
• Turn client requirements into clear creative briefs and keep teams updated.
• Support proposals, estimates, purchase orders and budget reconciliation.
• Assist with pharmaceutical approval processes, including uploading materials to platforms such as Veeva.
• Develop knowledge of clients' brands, therapy areas, data and competitors.
• Gain exposure to pitches and new business opportunities and contribute ideas.
• Build strong relationships across the agency and with clients as you learn.
