Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking an Account Executive for a communications agency focused on the pharmaceutical sector. You will join an established account handling team with comprehensive training to understand how campaigns move from client brief to market.

Reporting to an Account Manager, you will support client meetings and projects from day one, learning the role and gradually taking more responsibility in client discussions, creative projects and pitches.

Qualifications

• Science-based degree or background with genuine interest in pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
• Commercial experience such as a placement year, internship or first graduate role.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and take minutes, actions and follow-up.
• Coordinate projects between clients and internal creative teams.
• Maintain project timelines, status reports and contact reports.
• Translate client requirements into clear creative briefs for teams.
• Support proposals, estimates, purchase orders and budget reconciliation.
• Assist with pharmaceutical approval processes and client feedback on materials (e.g., Veeva).
• Develop knowledge of clients' brands, therapy areas, clinical data and competitors.
• Gain exposure to pitches and new business opportunities and contribute ideas.
