Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an Account Executive to join our award-winning pharma healthcare agency. You’ll join an established account handling team and receive comprehensive training to understand how creative pharmaceutical campaigns move from client brief to market.

Reporting to an Account Manager, you’ll support client meetings and projects from day one, working with Account Managers, Directors, Designers, Creatives and Copywriters.

Qualifications

• Science-based degree or background with genuine interest in pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
• Commercial experience through placement year, internship or part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings from day one, supporting minutes, actions and follow-up.
• Coordinate projects between clients and internal creative teams.
• Maintain project timelines, Gantt charts, status reports and contact reports.
• Help turn client requirements into clear creative briefs and keep teams updated.
• Support proposals, estimates, purchase orders and budget reconciliation.
• Assist with pharmaceutical approval processes, uploading materials to platforms like Veeva.
• Develop knowledge of clients' brands, therapy areas and competitors.
• Gain exposure to pitches and new business opportunities, contributing ideas.
• Build strong relationships across the agency and with clients while developing pharmaceutical knowledge.
