Qualifications

• Some commercial experience through internships or part-time roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and support with meeting minutes and actions.
• Coordinate projects between clients and internal creative teams.
• Maintain project timelines, status reports, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Help create clear creative briefs from client requirements.
• Support project proposals, estimates, and budget reconciliation.
• Assist with pharmaceutical approval processes.
• Develop knowledge of clients' brands and competitors.
• Gain exposure to pitches and contribute ideas as experience grows.
• Build strong relationships with clients and within the agency.
