Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD, an independent creative communications agency in Windsor, seeks an Account Executive to train in pharmaceutical campaigns. You’ll support client meetings, coordinate internal teams and learn the end-to-end process from brief to market.

Starting office-based with learning emphasis, progressing to hybrid work 2–3 days in the office. Strong science interest and some commercial exposure ideal.

Qualifications

• Science-based degree or strong science background with interest in pharma/healthcare.
• Some commercial experience, placement year, internship, or first graduate role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings from day one, support with minutes and follow-up.
• Coordinate projects between clients and internal creative teams.
• Maintain project timelines and status reports to keep deadlines.
• Help translate client needs into clear briefs for the team.
• Assist with proposals, estimates, purchase orders and budgets.
• Support pharmaceutical approvals and platform submissions (e.g., Veeva).
• Develop knowledge of clients’ brands, therapies, data and competitors.
• Contribute ideas in pitches and new business opportunities as you grow.
