Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a proactive Account Executive to kick-start a career in science and healthcare advertising. You will work with an award-winning team, receive comprehensive training, and support client meetings from day one.

The role starts in Windsor with initial office-based learning, then progressing to hybrid work 2–3 days per week. You will report to an Account Manager and gradually take more responsibility, contributing ideas in client discussions, creative projects and

Qualifications

• Science degree or background and genuine interest in pharmaceuticals/healthcare.
• Some commercial exposure, eg placement, internship or first role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings from day one, supporting with minutes and actions.
• Coordinate projects between clients and internal teams (designers, copywriters, account handlers).
• Maintain timelines, status reports and contact reports to keep projects on track.
• Help turn client requirements into clear creative briefs and support budget processes.
