Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is recruiting an Account Executive in the Windsor area, with a path from learning to increasingly responsible client engagement. You’ll join an established account handling team and receive comprehensive training to understand how pharmaceutical campaigns move from client brief to market.

Reporting to an Account Manager, you’ll support client meetings and projects from day one, working with Account Managers, Directors and the creative team, with a focus on developing

Qualifications

• Must have science-based degree and an interest in pharmaceuticals/healthcare.
• Some commercial experience or placement/work experience desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings from day one, document minutes and actions.
• Coordinate projects between clients and internal teams (designers, copywriters, account handlers).
• Maintain project timelines, status reports and contact reports to keep on track.
