Job summary

JLL in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced FM contract manager to oversee PFI/PPP and non-PFI contracts, ensuring compliance with FM and project agreements, regulatory requirements and client standards.

The role focuses on maximizing revenue and profit through effective labour deployment, procurement gains and lifecycle strategy, while leading safety, HR and performance reporting, and keeping stakeholders aligned for long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Industry relevant qualifications.
• Prior experience within the PFI/PPP sector.
• Experience of NHS/Education environment.
• Experience developing operational plans for PFI/PPP contracts.
• High level of administration and organisational skills.
• Computer literate Word, Excel, Outlook, Concept/Vixen.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of FM services, performance, HR, health and safety, quality and profitability.
• Ensure Project and FM Agreements are delivered per ARs and CMPs.
• Develop site-specific policies and procedures matching client requirements.
• Ensure contracts comply with client standards including Building Bulletins and Services Output Specification.
• Liaise with Client Representatives to foster long-term partnerships.
• Manage and develop staff, training strategies, retention.
• Monitor performance and provide monthly reports on compliance, workload, risks and opportunities.
• Practice risk management with controls and safety systems; ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage contract budgets, maximise value for money.
• Report on P&L monthly and YTD, manage WIP and debt.
• Ensure all legislative requirements are met across facilities.
• Act as Responsible Person for Legionella, HTM AP LV/CP/Ventas and other HTM duties.
• Support on-call engineers in rota; contribute to growth and profitability.
