Job summary

JLL Workplace Management is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operational delivery of multiple PFI contracts across a designated region, ensuring service excellence, contract compliance, and financial performance.

You will lead site-based facilities teams, manage key stakeholder relationships with public sector clients and SPV boards, drive health, safety, and lifecycle planning, and coordinate with lifecycle managers to align with concession terms.

Qualifications

• Significant FM experience within PFI/PPP or long-term complex contracts.
• Experience managing multiple sites and substantial operational budgets.
• Understanding of output-based specifications and payment mechanisms.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with public sector clients.
• Thorough knowledge of FM standards (CAFM, IWFM, BIFM) and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple PFI sites, ensuring delivery of all services in line with contract specs and performance requirements.
• Monitor service delivery standards and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with payment mechanisms and deductions.
• Manage regional P&L, budgets, lifecycle programs and CAPEX planning to optimize financial performance.
• Coordinate with authorities, SPV boards, investors and funders on operational performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop site-based facilities managers and teams across the region.
• Maintain rigorous H&S standards and ensure CDM compliance across all sites.
