Job summary

JLL seeks a Facilities Management professional to lead contractual performance on PFI/PPP and non-PFI agreements, maximizing revenue and deploying direct labour strategically across contracts.

You will collaborate with the Account Manager and stakeholders to ensure compliance with FM and Project Agreements, health and safety standards, and client requirements while developing lifecycle strategies and site policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in PFI/PPP or similar contract frameworks.
• Experience in NHS or education environments.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to develop operational plans for contracts.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Concept/Vixen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of FM services to contracts with focus on performance, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Project and FM Agreements and client standards.
• Develop site policies and procedures aligned with client and company values.
• Monitor contracts and provide monthly performance reports.
• Support on-call engineers and participate in rostering.
