Job summary

Paws n Klaws is seeking an organised Admin & Operations Assistant to join our busy pet services team. The role blends administration, customer service, booking management and shop fulfilment in a practical, hands-on environment.

You will answer calls and emails, manage bookings, assist customers, handle stock, and pick/pack shop orders. Some outdoor day care coverage and weekend work are required, with a practical, can-do attitude encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and reliability are key.
• Comfortable outdoors and around dogs for day care cover.

Responsibilities

• Handle admin tasks and customer enquiries.
• Manage bookings on the system and update records.
• Process shop orders, packing and shipping.
• Support stock, inventory, and shop fulfilment.
• Cover staff lunch breaks and assist day care operations.
