Job summary

CVS Vets is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist for our Sandbach clinic at 30 Crewe Road, CW11 4NE. This permanent part-time role offers 16 hours per week, with a Tuesday and Wednesday pattern and a Saturday rota shared across Kidsgrove, Newcastle or Sandbach clinics.

You will manage calls, book appointments, greet clients, handle insurance forms and payments, and maintain a welcoming, empathetic service for every client.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist is required; veterinary setting is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, empathy and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic database systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Greet and register clients with a warm, professional welcome.
• Process payments and insurance forms accurately and confidently.
• Support the team with in-house systems and basic administrative tasks.
