Linnaeus' Eastcott Veterinary Hospital in Swindon is seeking an experienced client care advisor to join the reception team, delivering exceptional client service and supporting visitors in a busy veterinary setting.

The role is part-time, 22.5 hours per week, with a late shift pattern from 15:00 to 19:30 Monday to Friday, plus one weekend day in a 7-week cycle, providing a rewarding and varied work environment for pet care enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of the practice’s organisation and services
• Understanding of veterinary records and standard procedures

Responsibilities

• Arranging appointments
• Keeping accurate records
• Clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment
• Facilitate accurate communications between clients, veterinary surgeons, nursing staff and the practice manager
• Create a calm, courteous and professional first impression
• Processing insurance claims for direct payment and on behalf of clients
