Pets at Home Limited seeks a receptionist for Bolton Horwich Vets for Pets. This part-time role is 14 hours per week, 12pm–7pm on Thursdays and Fridays, with additional hours for holiday cover.

You will greet clients, manage bookings and payments, and ensure a smooth daily operation using our online booking system. Ideal candidates have previous receptionist and customer service experience, strong computer skills, and a passion for caring for people and their pets within a friendly team

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist and customer service experience is essential.
• Good computer literacy and confident in using online booking systems.
• Friendly, welcoming and professional communication with clients and pets.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and their pets on arrival and provide guidance.
• Manage payments and future bookings with confidence.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines using the online booking system.
• Support clients and practice team with a helpful and proactive attitude.
