Job summary

Village Vet Ealing is seeking a Client Care Assistant to join our friendly front-of-house team. You will work closely with our clinical staff to ensure clients and patients receive the highest standard of service and care.

This full-time role involves reception duties, appointment bookings, cash handling and diary management, with 42 hours per week across Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a 1:3 rota. We offer a supportive environment within Linnaeus Veterinary Health.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with a friendly, professional manner.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities are essential.
• Good communication skills; ability to manage diary and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service
• Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business
• Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan
• Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile

• Managing telephone and email enquiries
