Cats Protection is recruiting an Education Manager for a remote, permanent role. You will lead an Education pillar, turning strategy into plans and programmes, while managing a team of Officers and building strong stakeholder partnerships across the charity.

You will champion service development, use evaluation to improve outcomes, and help deliver an accessible, evidence‑informed education offer that supports positive behaviour change for cats and their carers.

Qualifikationen

• Track record delivering high‑quality education or engagement activities for diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, actionable plans.
• Experience leading people, projects or services to deliver outcomes.
• Experience planning and coordinating work while balancing priorities and risks.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Experience using feedback and insight to improve services and resources.
• Inclusive leadership with commitment to safeguarding and improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead one Education pillar, turning strategy into plans, programmes and outcomes.
• Manage and develop a team of Education Officers, creating an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
• Support service development and change; test, learn and improve delivery of Education actions.
• Build relationships with colleagues, volunteers and stakeholders to maximise impact.
• Act as a senior Education contact for designated areas, informing planning and delivery.
• Manage priorities, workloads, resources, risks and dependencies for the pillar.
• Use audience insight and evaluation to improve resources, programmes and services.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement and sharing of good practice.
• Create an inclusive culture that supports autonomy, development and accountability.
• Collaborate with Head of Education and other managers to deliver an impactful Education service.
