Home Limited is seeking an Education Implementation Advisor on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. The role leads adoption and evaluation of pet education programmes, linking learning design with the retail environment to deliver measurable outcomes for colleagues and pets.

You will facilitate train-the-trainer approaches, engage stakeholders, and ensure learning solutions are embedded at scale with sustained behavioural change and improved performance.

Formación

• Animal or welfare qualification at level 3 or above.
• Adult education and training qualification at Level 3 or above or CIPD qualified (RQP/SQP).
• Strong knowledge of animal health and welfare as context for learning.

Responsabilidades

• Identify capability gaps via colleague insight, data and stakeholder engagement.
• Design capability frameworks and learning pathways to support development and performance.
• Partner with Retail, Veterinary, People and Learning teams to align solutions with priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to shape and improve learning initiatives.
• Lead large-scale rollout of learning programmes including train-the-trainer activity.
• Measure adoption and impact to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver SQP training, webinars and coaching to maximise engagement.
• Build trusted learning partnerships and advocate for Pets values.
• Champion learning culture and continuous development across the business.
