Job summary

Bolton Central Vets for Pets is seeking a proactive Client Care Advisor to join the team on a full-time basis. You will be the friendly face greeting clients and their pets, handling bookings, payments and guiding clients through our services while supporting the clinical team.

The role demands strong computer skills and a calm, empathetic approach. We value warm service, teamwork and a passion for animals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care environment is preferred.
• Warm, friendly face to greet clients and their pets on arrival.
• Proactive in guiding clients by staying fully informed about practice services and offerings.
• Calm, attentive approach focused on meeting each client's needs.
• Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional service with a love for animals.

At Bolton Central Vets for Pets, we value our people just as much as our patients. We’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic individual to join us as a full-time Client Care Advisor.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What your typical day will look like:

• Providing outstanding service to clients while ensuring their pets receive the very best care, acting as an essential link between clients and the clinical team.
• Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the wider practice team.
• Ensuring every client visit is a positive experience so they leave feeling valued, reassured, and happy to return.
• Offering a warm welcome, providing guidance and support, and handling payments and future bookings with efficiency and care.
• Coordinating the smooth daily flow of the practice using our online booking system—strong computer skills are essential.

• Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care environment is preferred.

• The ability to handle a range of situations with professionalism, from supporting clients during difficult moments to celebrating the joy of a puppy’s first visit.
• A team player who contributes to a positive, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike.
