Job summary

Bolton Central Vets for Pets is seeking a full-time Client Care Advisor to join our friendly team in Bolton. The role involves supporting clients and their pets, coordinating daily practice flow, and acting as the crucial link between clients and the clinical team.

A warm, proactive, and patient-focused individual is essential. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays, offering training, discounts, and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care environment is preferred.
• A proactive individual who can confidently guide clients by staying fully informed about all practice services and offerings.
• A calm, attentive approach, always focused on meeting each client’s needs.
• Enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service—along with a love for animals.
• The ability to handle a range of situations with professionalism, from supporting clients during difficult moments to celebrating the joy of a puppy’s first visit.
• A team player who contributes to a positive, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding service to clients while ensuring their pets receive the very best care, acting as an essential link between clients and the clinical team.
• Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the wider practice team.
• Ensuring every client visit is a positive experience so they leave feeling valued, reassured, and happy to return.
• Offering a warm welcome, providing guidance and support, and handling payments and future bookings with efficiency and care.
• Coordinating the smooth daily flow of the practice using our online booking system - strong computer skills are essential.
