Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd. is recruiting for a CE & I Control System Design Engineer to work on PES-based control systems in Warrington. The role involves delivering and checking PES-based designs, and supporting commissioning teams within a major nuclear infrastructure programme.

You will collaborate with multi‑discipline teams, produce compliant documentation, mentor junior engineers, and help drive projects through concept to handover with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Deliver PES-based control system designs and updates to meet functional and business requirements.
• Support engineers in the delivery of high-quality CE&I design outputs.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Produce clear, compliant documentation aligned with relevant engineering standards.
• Provide technical support to Commissioning teams as required.
• Support and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities
