Job summary

Maison Estelle is seeking full-time Personal Trainers to join Estelle Manor’s fitness team in Oxfordshire. You will coach members in 1-1 or group sessions, helping them improve fitness, physicality, and overall health in a safe, welcoming environment at the Club House gym.

You will build relationships with members and colleagues, communicate effectively, and perform under pressure while delivering results to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a personal training and fitness role.
• CIMSPA Level 3 in Personal Training or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach members in 1-1 or group sessions to improve fitness and health.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

Estelle Manor’s Personal Trainers work alongside a high performing team of fitness professionals, and will teach members in 1-1 or group sessions how to improve their fitness, physicality and overall health whilst in a safe environment. We are looking for full time personal trainers who will thrive on providing an exceptional guest experience and, most importantly, a warm and welcoming presence within the Club House gym for all our members and guests.

Who we are looking for?

• Previous experience in a personal training and fitness role.
• Ideally qualified with a CIMSPA Level 3 in Personal Training.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.

The on target earning potential for this role is £36,384 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £33,384 plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £16.05 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
