Job summary

Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire is seeking a skilled Demi Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. You will assist in food preparation for all our restaurants and help deliver dishes with high quality using fresh ingredients.

The role offers on-target earnings of £38,005 per year pro rata for a 45-hour contract, comprised of a £31,005 base plus approximately £7,000 in gratuities and service charge pro rata. The role is paid hourly and represents an OTE.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef De Partie to join our exceptional Culinary team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £38,005 per annum pro rata based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £31,005 plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge* pro rata. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

• You will be assisting in the food preparation for all of our restaurants.
• You will be involved in full preparation of all aspects of the kitchen. Delivering delicious food and drink is at the heart of what we do. With a focus on simple dishes, using high quality ingredients throughout our menus, you will be consistent in delivering service that delights.
• Supporting the senior team in delivering high quality, memorable food to all of our guests and members.
• Assisting the kitchen's senior leadership in managing all food health and safety related standards.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £7,000 in addition to their annual salary.
