NFU Mutual Honley Agency is seeking a Personal Insurance Customer Service Adviser (Permanent Contract) based in Honley, Huddersfield. The role focuses on supporting motor and personal customers, identifying needs, and transacting business with a compliant, customer‑focused approach.

Training will be provided and you will work within a regulated environment, alongside an established team. The position offers a structured training scheme and a 9am–5pm weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.
• Good IT skills across multiple programs.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Speak with new and existing customers to identify needs and transact business professionally.
• Develop knowledge to sell products compliantly and effectively.
• Collaborate across teams and liaise with underwriters within Honley Agency.
