Job summary

Simpson Judge is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a busy claimant PI team in the North West. The role handles a mixed caseload of litigated and non-litigated files, predominantly RTA with some EL/PL work, from inception to settlement.

You will manage a high-volume caseload, work to targets in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with clients, insurers and counsel to maximise recoveries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RTA litigation and MOJ processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of around 150 claimant PI matters.
• Handle predominantly RTA claims with some EL/PL files.
• Progress files through the MOJ Portal and litigated stages as required.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical agencies and counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and maximise client recovery.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
