Qualifications

• 4–6 years PQE with a broad claimant PI background including serious injury, RTA, EL/PL and dishonesty experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PI team within contested litigation and serious injury work.
• Hold regular one‑to‑ones, review performance and KPIs, and identify training needs.
• Mentor fee earners and provide guidance on complex cases and important offers.
• Contribute to department direction and work with senior leadership across the PI operation.
